The S. County and Ballwin locations are friendly, great staff and customer service driven! However, it was my first time at the Ballwin location 8/31/25 (my oldest daughter first experience) is AMAZING! Interactive staff, circle back around to ask if any help is needed and or are you finding things okay. The store manager at Ballwin was super friendly as well 🌟 and was dressed really cute!!! Oh....fyi....the stores are franchises and your points/coupons/etc...are location specific! So be aware which location you're shopping at to redeem points/percentages off! Happy Shopping!

Such a perfectly organized, well-curated elegant store with very helpful staff. I liked it and recommended it to my friends after my very first visit itself. Their prices are already lower, and if you go on a deals day, you can get some insane discounts on top of their already fair prices.

OMG. This place is incredible! Sooo much selection in so many styles and the prices are very fair. More importantly, the inventory is in great condition. They had a broad selection of men’s & women’s clothes, shoes, jewelry, activewear, purses, and more! It was very organized and clean. The location felt safe. Employees were really nice, helpful, and greeted you upon entering. I brought in two bags of clothes (I had 8, but there was a limit) and they only bought two items for a total of $7. I can’t wait to come back here and shop some more!
